Building Resilience Through Disaster Risk Reduction,
Response, Recovery & Reconstruction in the 2030 Agenda
The Multi-Hazards Symposium 2019 focuses on exploring the interrelationship between disasters and development at the local, national, and global levels as well as understanding how disaster risk reduction (DRR) can best be applied to the future sustainable development of society. The Symposium aims to explore the role of universities in delivering the objectives of the Sendai Framework for DRR and the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. This event provides an excellent opportunity for experts and academics to share and exchange advancement in research, technologies, and applications.
[Call for abstracts]
Presenters or organizations are invited to submit one or more abstracts and each abstract will be reviewed by the program committee. The committee will place abstracts in a presentation or poster session based on their relevance to the aims of the symposium.

[Call for posters]
Please provide an abstract with a max of 300 words, 3-5 keywords and contact info for poster submission.
Accepted posters will be displayed at the MH Symposium Poster Exhibition from October 28 at 7 p.m.
Poster presentation session begins on October 30 at 10:00 a.m. Participants are expected to present their posters at the designated location.
