Educational staff (Tendik) are an integral part of the journey and progress of the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Indonesia (FTUI). After previously holding a Dean Meet Employees event with representatives of education staff, on Wednesday (27/04) the FTUI Entrepreneurs Dean again invited all FTUI educational staff.
At the event, which was attended by around 200 education staff, they talked and shared with each other regarding the obstacles experienced in the service process of the academic community. The event also conveyed the needs and expectations of the employees who felt it was necessary to pay attention to the FTUI administrators under the leadership of Dean Heri in the future. Also attending the event were all Vice Deans, Associate Deans and Heads of FTUI Units.
In his speech, Prof. Heri said, “Our goal in meeting today is if there are aspirations from the staff, they can be conveyed at this event. It can be in the form of questions, greetings, or input for the improvement of all of us. Then here we will jointly record things that we need to follow up and improve for the convenience of our work together. Here there are Vice Deans, Associate Deans, and Head of Departments, so please convey your aspirations. The point is this event is from us to us, together. And in the future, if there are fathers and mothers who want to meet me, want to say something, I invite them.”
The event closed with the distribution of holiday vouchers symbolically from the Dean of FTUI to ten representatives of education staff. The event was closed by breaking the fast together and distributing vouchers for all FTUI education staff.
