The activity aimed to enhance the academic and professional capacities of lecturers and researchers involved in managing a reputable scientific journal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The two-day event <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">was attended<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> by FTUI lecturers and researchers who are part of the IJTech editorial team and its partners. The program included a welcoming gathering and exploration of tourist sites in Labuan Bajo. Editor-in-Chief of IJTech, Prof. <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Dr.<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> Yudan Whulanza, S.T., M.Sc., stated,<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> \u201c<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The core purpose of this activity is to strengthen the camaraderie and unity of the IJTech community so that we can further enhance the academic and professional performance of our lecturers and researchers<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Dean of FTUI, Prof. Kemas Ridwan Kurniawan, S.T., M.Sc., Ph.D., expressed his appreciation and support for the event.<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> \u201c<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">This capacity-building event not only strengthens the ties within the IJTech community but also serves as a strategic platform to align our vision and mission in advancing <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">FTUI&#8217;s<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> research excellence. Through this shared experience, we hope IJTech will continue to grow as a strong platform for internationally reputable scientific publication<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The <\/span><em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">International Journal of Technology<\/span><\/em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> (IJTech) is an international scientific journal published by the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Indonesia. IJTech focuses its publications on the fields of engineering and technology with a multidisciplinary approach. The journal serves as a forum for researchers, academics, and practitioners to disseminate innovative and practical research findings.
