Centre for Professional and Continuing Education (PaCE@NTU)<\/strong>\u00a0is organising a two-week summer programme from\u00a09 to 18 July 2019<\/u>for international university students.\u00a0As disruptive technology is affecting the world, this Summer Programme \u201cThe Fourth Industrial Revolution \u2013 Are you Ready ?\u201d aims to share with students the basic knowledge and skills to step into the world of Industry 4.0.<\/p>\n

The Fourth Industrial Revolution identifies trends and changes in the way we live and work due to the adoption of new technologies such as artificial intelligence, robotics, and the Internet of Things. As the driving force of our societies, knowing how to effectively use as well as tackle issues with these new technologies will enable us to be efficient and make change where necessary. Participants will learn about the various digital technologies of Industry 4.0 and how they can adopt them in their future workplace and living environment.<\/p>\n

Besides classroom lessons, participants will have the opportunity to visit labs in NTU, make friends with NTU students as well as visit Singapore\u2019s top tourist attractions like Chinatown, Esplanade, Gardens by the Bay, Little India, Marina Barrage, Marina Bay Waterfront Promenade, Marina Bay Sands Skypark, Merlion Park, Singapore River and Night Safari.<\/p>\n

University students are welcome to join in the programme to experience a fulfilling learning journey in the beautiful campus of NTU decorated with lush greenery; immerse and enjoy life in this vibrant and cosmopolitan city!<\/p>\n
