The Institution of Engineers, Malaysia (IEM) Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman Student Section in collaboration with Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman Student Chapter are pleased to invite you to participate in the UTAR Structural Earthquake Stability (SES) Competition 6.0 on 15th<\/sup>\u00a0February 2020. The details of the event are as follows:<\/p>\n

\n<\/strong>Time\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 : 8:00 a.m. \u2013 6:00 p.m.
\n<\/strong>Venue\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0: Multipurpose Hall, UTAR KB Block, Sg Long Campus
\n<\/strong>Members per team\u00a0 \u00a0 : 3-5 persons
\n<\/strong>Registration fees\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 : RM130 per group
\n<\/strong>Closing date of entry : 20<\/strong>th<\/sup><\/strong>\u00a0January 2020<\/strong><\/p>\n

The main objective of this competition is to promote the study on structural and earthquake engineering and in the meantime to enhance the knowledge in engineering field amongst the undergraduates. The competition is open to all undergraduates. Your respected institution is invited and permitted to send a maximum of 2 teams wherein each team shall be formed by a maximum of 5 undergraduates including 1 team leader\/contact person.<\/p>\n

**The Rules & Regulations will be sent to all participants by 31st December 2019** (Subjected to changes)\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

There will be prizes for the champion and runner -up teams. The prizes include:<\/p>\n
