The ASEAN-USAID Inclusive Growth in ASEAN Through Innovation, Trade and e-Commerce (ASEAN-USAID IGNITE) Project, in partnership with the ASEAN Secretariat, is organizing the “First ASEAN Women in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Webinar: Addressing the COVID-19 Pandemic through Science, Technology, and Innovation” on 11 August 2021 virtually, from 09:00 to 10:30 (GMT+7). This is the first in a three-part webinar series. We would also like to take this opportunity to invite you to participate in the event.
The objective of the webinar is to discuss the pandemic from the perspective of women scientists, and share experiences from and with women in the STEM private sector. This webinar will highlight their role in using science, technology & innovation in dealing with and addressing the challenges caused by the COVID-19.
