Dr.-Ing. Ir. Dalhar Susanto Ready to Increase Cooperation Programs, Strengthen Venture Units and FTUI Alumni Network

Dr.-Ing. Ir. Dalhar Susanto was inaugurated as Associate Dean for Cooperation, Venture and Alumni at the last handover ceremony and inauguration (21/01) which was led directly by the Dean of FTUI, Prof. Dr. Heri Hermansyah, ST., M.Eng., IPU. Dr. Dalhar will continue his work related to domestic and foreign cooperation programs, strengthening venture units and strengthening relationships with FTUI alumni that are spread throughout the world.

In his remarks, Dean Heri invited all FTUI administrators for the 2022-2026 period to fight together to create and continue the baton of this faculty’s leadership so that it will be even better in the future. “The Cooperation, Venture and Alumni unit under Dr. Dalhar will be responsible for increasing cooperation with various domestic and foreign partners in order to expand and enrich learning opportunities for FTUI students to increase knowledge and competence and also expand the contribution of FTUI in participating in solving community problems through research activities, studies or expertise services/expertise in the field of engineering,” said Dean Heri.

Dr. Dalhar stated that he was ready to continue his achievements in the fields of cooperation, ventures and alumni. “In the future, FTUI wants to improve the expertise and professionalism of the venture units within FTUI in order to improve the quality and expand the range of expertise services to the community, while improving business performance in a sustainable manner. Regarding relations with alumni, FTUI will strengthen networks with alumni as one of the important pillars of higher education and build a platform so that alumni can contribute more broadly to the progress of FTUI through various channels and activities.”

Dr. Dalhar also said that through the development and utilization of the cooperation network that FTUI has, in the future it can develop non-student fee revenue mechanisms through donations from donors, individuals, philanthropists, companies (corporate social responsibility) and increase income through the use of commercial assets.

Dr.-Ing. Ir. Dalhar Susanto is a teaching staff at the Department of Architecture, FTUI. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from Diponegoro University, Semarang before continuing his Masters and Doctoral education at the Faculty of Architecture und Stadtplannung, Universitaet Stuttgart. Previously he was the Head of the FTUI Architecture Department for the 2018-2022 period. Currently he is an Assessor of BAN-PT, Expert Team for DKI Jakarta Building and a member of the Association of Indonesian Architects Association.
