On Wednesday (16/2) the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Indonesia (FTUI) conducted a socialization of filling the Lecturer Workload (BKD) through the Integrated Resource Information System (SISTER) page. This page was launched by the Directorate General of Resources for Science, Technology and Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. At university level, the SISTER page is used as a service for filling out educator data, such as portfolios, changing lecturer data, and other processes related to lecturers’ ranks or careers.
The speaker for this socialization was Mr. Yusuf Setiadi from the Human Resources department of the Universitas Indonesia. In the opening ceremony, Prof. Ir. Mahmud Sudibandriyo, M.Sc., Ph.D, Vice Dean for Resources, Ventures, and General Administration of FTUI said that initially the BKD was filled using a manual system with excel. However, since this year, filling has been started through SISTER. It is hoped that this socialization can answer the difficulties of the lecturers in filling out the BKD at SISTER.
The SISTER page has several tabs, namely the profile section, qualifications, competencies, implementation of the tri dharma of higher education: education, research, and service, support, rewards, Credit Score Assessment (PAK) services, BKD services, serdos services, and document data. Through this page, lecturers can fill in their educational background to courses that have been and are being taught with evidence in the form of certificates and teaching portfolios. In addition, on the research page, each lecturer can upload research files that have been published for one semester.
In this socialization, the lecturers who were filling out the BKD on the SISTER page found several technical problems that were not listed in the guide, for example, when filling out a journal number, it was only necessary to write down the last three digits. Then, in the educational background of the lecturer, if the name of the previous educational institution and department is not available in the system, it can be written with the symbol -1. However, some of the data available on this page is issued by the Higher Education Database (PDDIKTI) and if the lecturer wants to make changes, the lecturer can submit it on the SISTER page.
