The Faculty of Engineering, University of Indonesia, on Wednesday (07/09), received a bench marking visit from the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Planning, Trisakti University. The FTSP Usakti group team was led by Dr. Ir. A. Hadi Prabowo, M.T., Dean of FTSP Usakti.
In his remarks, he explained, “The purpose of the FTSP Usakti team’s visit is to discuss the Korea Architectural Accrediting Board (KAAB) international accreditation, determining policies at the faculty level, curriculum, facilities, and infrastructure. These things in general are topics that are worked on daily in the development of higher education management at FTSP Usakti. FTSP Usakti believes that FTUI has experience in managing these five aspects well in institutions so that FTSP Usakti can take references and exchange experiences in institutional development.”
FTUI Deputy Dean for Education, Research and Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Ir. Yanuar, M.Eng., M.Sc. in his speech welcomed the arrival of the group of the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Planning Usakti, “This activity is expected to have a positive impact on the institutional development of each Faculty of Engineering. The UI Faculty of Engineering has attempted various managements in order to improve the quality of institutional development which hopefully can become relevant reference materials for the development of the Usakti FTSP.”
Prof. Yanuar was present accompanied by other FTUI management, including the Deputy Dean for Resources, Ventures and General Administration of FTUI, Prof. Ir. Mahmud Sudibandriyo, M.Sc., Ph.D.; Education Manager, Dr. Nyoman Suwartha, S.T., M.T., M.Agr.; HR and Facilities Manager, Dr. Ajib Setyo Arifin, S.T., M.T.; The Head of the Engineering Interdisciplinary Research and Education Unit, Prof. Dr. Ir.
