The Faculty of Engineering at the Universitas Indonesia (FTUI) held another festive pre-graduation procession on September 05, 2023. Part of a series of major events for 2022/2023 even semester Universitas Indonesia graduation, this procession aims to honour and congratulate the graduates before they officially undergo the graduation procession at Balairung, UI Depok Campus on September 21-23, 2023.
The FTUI pre-graduation procession took place in Makara 04 Smart Meeting Room, FTUI Deanery Building. This activity includes taking photos with the graduates and the Dean of FTUI and giving congratulations directly from the Dean. This procession became a special moment that captured precious moments before the graduates stepped onto the university graduation stage.
In his speech, the Dean of FTUI, Prof. Dr. Heri Hermansyah, ST., M.Eng., IPU, extended warm congratulations to the 1615 FTUI graduates. “All of you are proof of persistence, perseverance, and commitment in the pursuit of knowledge. Through this educational process, you have proven that there is no limit to human ability and potential. Congratulations to each individual who has made this achievement, and I am confident that your future will continue to shine brightly.”
In the even semester graduation of 2022/2023, FTUI graduated 1649 graduates with 1615 registered as graduates. Undergraduate program graduates consisted of 760 regular undergraduate programs, 239 parallel undergraduate programs, and 97 international class programs. The graduate program graduates consist of 385 master’s programs, 21 doctoral programs, and 113 professional programs.
