Since 2014, the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Indonesia (FTUI) is the only faculty that distributes diplomas and transcripts on time at graduation. In this Even Semester 2022/2023 graduation, FTUI again distributed diplomas and transcripts to 2479 graduates. The distribution of diplomas was carried out by the academic team under the coordination of Prof. Dr. Ir. Yanuar, M.Eng., M.Sc., Vice Dean for Education, Research and Student Affairs and Dr. Nyoman Suwartha, S.T., M.T., M.Agr., FTUI Education Manager.
“As a culture, FTUI always distributes diplomas and transcripts on time every year. This is one form of FTUI’s commitment to providing superior impact services to its graduates. Diplomas and transcripts can be collected according to schedule or during working hours at the FTUI Faculty Administration Center. With good FTUI management services, it is hoped that it can also have a good impact in helping FTUI graduates achieve their future careers, “said Prof. Yanuar.
The Dean of FTUI, Prof. Dr. Heri Hermansyah, S.T., M.Eng., IPU, strongly supports and appreciates FTUI’s efforts in maintaining this important tradition. “The timely distribution of diplomas and transcripts is a step that shows our commitment to student satisfaction and success. It’s not just about completing a degree, but also about honoring their dedication and hard work. May this tradition continue and motivate our graduates to succeed in the future.”
In 2021, FTUI has also launched the PAF Online service (http://paf.eng.ui.ac.id). This technology-based administrative service will make it easier for alumni and students to order legalized transcripts and diplomas virtually and even use online services for delivery.
On this occasion, several students shared their plans to do so after graduating from FTUI. Muhammad Hafizh Zein, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering class of 2019, stated that he wanted to find a job to make a big impact and bring innovation to the company where he works.
