CMPFA FTUI Receives Award from PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional

On Friday (04/08/23), the Center for Materials Processing and Failure Analysis, Faculty of Engineering, University of Indonesia (CMPFA FTUI) made a proud achievement. CMPFA FTUI was awarded a “Satisfactory” grade from PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional. This award was given during the Workshop on Evaluation and Alignment of University Umbrella Contracts of PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional at Borobudur Hotel Jakarta.

Given directly by Arief Budiyanto, Vice President Process & Facility of PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional, this award is a form of appreciation for the outstanding cooperation in the completion of the umbrella contract Consulting Services work within PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional for the 2021-2023 period.

The close cooperation that has been established over the past few years has led CMPFA FTUI to be involved in several important projects, including the RU III Plaju project, RU VI Balongan, RU IV Cilacap, and various other projects.

Head of CMPFA FTUI, Dr.-Ing. Reza Miftahul Ulum, S.T., M.T., said, “We hope that with the expansion of the scope of the new umbrella contract, cooperation is not only limited to materials engineering but also includes other aspects that can have a tremendous impact.”

“The success achieved by CMPFA FTUI is a clear example of how solid cooperation can create superior contributions. With this award, FTUI is also committed as an educational institution to continue to encourage collaboration that can provide concrete solutions to the challenges of the industrial world,” said Dean of FTUI, Prof. Dr. Heri Hermansyah, S.T., M.Eng., IPU.

The award for FTUI’s CMPFA performance is assessed based on a collaborative process that has a positive impact on improving the quality of PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional. The “Satisfactory” predicate achieved is clear evidence of CMPFA FTUI’s commitment as a Consultant Service in continuing to improve services and quality, as well as making extraordinary contributions and having a significant impact on the industry.
