UKK Faculty of Engineering Universitas Indonesia (FTUI) won 6 awards at the UKK Awards UI 2023. UI leaders presented the awards to UKK units with the best performance achievements and are a form of appreciation and recognition for UKK’s dedication to supporting the vision and mission of Universitas Indonesia.
In the Science and Technology (SAINTEK) category, all three titles belonged to FTUI. UP2M Chemical Engineering won 1st place, followed by CMPFA who won 2nd place, and the Technology Institute who won 3rd place.
In addition, in the category of Best Financial Reporting for the January-August 2023 Period, the Institute of Technology won 2nd place in the general category and 1st place in the Science and Technology clump. UP2M Mechanical Engineering also won 3rd place in the SCIENCE category.
The UKK achievement award is assessed based on three main aspects, namely Contingency with an assessment weight of 25%, Financial Condition, and Compliance with an assessment weight of 50%. Contingency covers the accuracy of revenue achievement against UKK PPM’s target or budget plan during the 2022 period. Financial Condition measures UKK PPM’s revenue growth performance between 2021 and 2022. Meanwhile, Compliance includes compliance with UKK’s financial contribution to UI in 2022, reporting UKK activities on Sispro in 2022, and management according to applicable regulations.
The Dean of FTUI, Prof. Dr Heri Hermansyah, S.T., M.Eng., IPU, proudly stated, “The achievements made by various work units in FTUI at the UKK Awards UI 2023 are proof of our commitment to running UKK governance following strict operational standards. This also aligns with FTUI’s vision to make superior and impactful contributions to society and the nation.”
Dr.-Ing. Ir. Dalhar Susanto, FTUI Manager of Cooperation, Ventures, and Alumni, added, “This achievement is the result of the collaboration and commitment of the entire FTUI team. We always strive to establish sustainable partnerships with the community and various parties. FTUI is committed to continuing to provide the best in providing tangible benefits to the community and the nation.”
The 2023 UKK Awards UI were announced at the Work Meeting of the Special Work Unit (UKK) for Community Service and Services (PPM) and Commercial Enterprises (UK) UI held in Cirebon on 18-20 October 2023. The theme of the meeting was “GOOD GOVERNANCE UKK” which aims to improve the performance of business units within the University of Indonesia to make the best contribution to UI, the community, and the nation. The UKK Award was presented in the form of certificates and medals given to the winning UKK units.
