KAGATRIK FTUI Distributes 400 Grocery Packages to FTUI Education Personnel to Welcome Ramadan

In celebration of the holy month of Ramadan, the Alumni Family of Electrical Power Engineering (KAGATRIK) once again extended its support and assistance to the FTUI Education Personnel (Tendik) by distributing grocery packages within the FTUI environment on Monday (24/02). The ceremonial handover of the KAGATRIK grocery packages to representatives of FTUI Tendik was held at Makara 04, Smart Meeting Room (SMR), FTUI Dean’s Office.

The distribution event was attended by the Dean of FTUI, Prof. Kemas Ridwan Kurniawan, S.T., M.Sc., Ph.D.; Vice Dean for Resources, Ventures, and General Administration, Dr.-Ing. Ir. Dalhar Susanto; Manager of Student Affairs and Alumni, Dr.rer.pol. Ir. Romadhani Ardi, S.T., M.T.; Manager of Human Resources, Dr.-Ing. Ir. Ova Candra Dewi, S.T., M.Sc., GP, IPU; Manager of Public Communication and General Administration, Tikka Anggraeni, S.Sos., M.Si., CPR; Representatives from KAGATRIK FTUI, as well as FTUI education personnel.

As in previous years, KAGATRIK has consistently provided grocery packages annually. This year, 400 packages containing rice, cooking oil, sugar, and other essential supplies were distributed. The distribution is set to take place in two phases: the first phase to welcome Ramadan and the second phase ahead of Eid al-Fitr.

The Dean of FTUI, Prof. Kemas Ridwan Kurniawan, S.T., M.Sc., PhD, expressed his appreciation for KAGATRIK’s generosity. “We highly appreciate and thank KAGATRIK for initiating this longstanding activity. This kind of care demonstrates that FTUI is not just a place to study and work but also a great home that shelters and connects us all. Hopefully, this initiative will begin many other programs that will benefit FTUI. I hope the strong bond between alumni and the faculty continues to grow and we can carry out more positive activities together.”

In his remarks, Mr. Wing Prakarsa, Secretary General of KAGATRIK FTUI, stated, “This KAGATRIK initiative is made possible by the contributions of our fellow Gatrikers. We hope that these grocery packages will benefit FTUI education personnel and that our bonds of friendship will remain strong.”

The annual grocery distribution is expected to serve as a bridge to strengthen the relationship between KAGATRIK and FTUI education personnel. Through this initiative, KAGATRIK FTUI continues to demonstrate its commitment to supporting the well-being of education personnel who have made significant contributions to the faculty. It is hoped that this initiative will continue in the years to come and inspire more individuals and organizations to participate in social activities that benefit the academic community and society at large.
