Depok, May 9, 2026 — CEP CCIT FTUI successfully held the Open House CCIT FTUI 2.0 event under the theme “Finding Your Path in the Digital Era” on May 8–9, 2026, at the Engineering Center Building and the Interdisciplinary Engineering (IDE) Building, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Indonesia. The event was conducted in a hybrid format through both online and offline sessions attended by hundreds of participants from various senior high schools, vocational schools, and Islamic senior high schools across Indonesia.
Open House CCIT FTUI 2.0 served as a platform for prospective students, teachers, and the general public to gain deeper insight into technology education and the creative industry through a series of interactive and practical activities. The event featured various programs, including Education Talk Shows, Campus Tours, Live Classes, Program and Industry Expos, as well as Aptitude and Interest Tests.
During the online webinar sessions, participants gained insights into digital technology developments, strategies for choosing educational pathways, and career opportunities in the era of digital transformation. Meanwhile, the offline activities provided direct experiences through learning simulations, campus facility tours, and interactions with students, lecturers, and industry partners.
The event also involved CCIT FTUI’s university alliance partners and industry partners, including Management and Science University (MSU), Asia e University (AeU), Asia Metropolitan University (AMU), Politeknik Negeri Jakarta (PNJ), Melon Gaming, Todak Academy, as well as various other digital industry companies and communities. The presence of these partners provided participants with a real-world perspective on workforce competency requirements and the importance of collaboration between education and industry.
In addition, participants had the opportunity to join Live Classes in various fields, such as Cyber Security, Multimedia Design, Animation, Digital Marketing, and others. Through these sessions, participants were able to directly experience the practice-based learning approach that characterizes education at CCIT FTUI.
As part of its self-development initiatives, CCIT FTUI also organized Aptitude and Interest Tests to help participants better understand their career tendencies and educational pathways aligned with their interests and abilities.
Through this Open House event, CEP CCIT FTUI hopes to provide an inspiring educational experience while helping the younger generation determine their educational and career directions in the digital era.
CEP CCIT FTUI (Continuing Education Center – Computer and Information Technology, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Indonesia) is an institution under the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Indonesia, that provides professional education programs based on practical learning.
