In order to further improve the service to all civitas academica in FTUI, the Development and Management System Assurance Unit under the leadership of Dr. Ir. Rahmat Nurcahyo, M.Eng.Sc, held the The Quality Management ISO 9001: 2015 Training for employees of FTUI. This training was held on Friday, 8 April 2016 in the Student Centered Learning, Gedung S 405.
The material given during the training is the quality management principles, the ISO standard for quality management, process approach, PDCA cycle, risk-based thinking and the compatibility of management system standard.
Based on the available Quality Management of the Faculty of Engineering Universitas Indonesia, FTUI is committed to implement several policies: high quality research and teaching activity, educational experience for student in developing their knowledge and skill, improvement of continuous quality management system, and the improvement of customer’s satisfaction over their expected hope.
