FTUI’s Career Development Center Hosts Campus Hiring with XYMAX Group

The Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Indonesia (FTUI) continues to demonstrate its commitment to bridging the gap between academia and the global industry. As part of this commitment, the Career Development Center (CDC) organized a Campus Hiring event with XYMAX Group, a leading property management company from Japan. The event was held on August 5 at the Smart Meeting Room, FTUI Dean’s Building.

This campus hiring activity was the result of a collaboration between FTUI and XYMAX Group, a company well-known for its expertise in integrated property management, smart building solutions, and hospitality facility services in Japan.

Through this program, XYMAX Group offered opportunities for final-year students and FTUI alumni to participate in the selection process and potentially work in Japan, particularly in the fields of engineering, property facility management, and operational management.

The event began with a company presentation delivered by Khalifah Rasyid Ghaniyya, a representative from XYMAX Group, who introduced the company profile, work culture, career development opportunities, and priority recruitment needs. Participants gained valuable insights into Japan’s professional work environment and the recruitment stages they would undergo.

Following the presentation, a question-and-answer session took place, marked by high enthusiasm from participants who showed strong interest in pursuing professional careers in Japan. Students actively inquired about technical qualifications, career progression, and cross-cultural workplace adaptation.

Through this campus hiring event, FTUI reaffirmed its position not only as a leading engineering education institution but also as a strategic bridge connecting Indonesia’s young talents with the global job market. This collaboration is expected to continue and expand opportunities for FTUI students to pursue international careers in the future.

Dean of FTUI, Prof. Kemas Ridwan Kurniawan, S.T., M.Sc., Ph.D., expressed his appreciation, stating “FTUI highly appreciates the organization of this Campus Hiring with XYMAX Group as a strategic step to connect our graduates with global employment opportunities. This collaboration aligns with FTUI’s commitment to producing graduates who are ready to compete at the international level.”
