The recent revision of the strategic plan of the Universitas Indonesia made demands for an even higher Non-BP revenue target. This situation is a new challenge that requires strong cooperation among stakeholders who are responsible for achieving it.
For this reason, on Friday (08/04) the leadership of the Directorate of Management and Development of Business Units at the University of Indonesia (DPPU UI) came to FTUI in order to get in touch with the leaders of FTUI and explain the latest achievement targets for UKK PPM FTUI in 2022.
On this occasion, the leadership of DPPU UI in addition to meeting with Prof. Dr. Heri Hermansyah, ST., M.Eng., IPU (Dean of FTUI), Prof. Ir. Mahmud Sudibandriyo, M.Sc., Ph.D. (Vice Dean for Resources, Venture and General Administration), Dr. Ing. Ir. Dalhar Susanto (Cooperation Manager, Venture and FTUI Alumni) and Ajib Setyo Arifin, ST, MT, Ph.D. (Human Resources and Facilities Manager of FTUI) but also the leaders of UKK PPM FTUI.
Dean Heri welcomed the visit of DPPU UI and introduced the ranks of the FTUI Dean and the Heads of UKK FTUI in his remarks. “I am very grateful to the DPPU when we met at the directorate, it was very friendly. There is a term you don’t know, you don’t love, and hopefully with us getting acquainted today, if there are things that you want to ask from the UKK FT side to UKK management, they can now be conveyed. Then also UKK UI managers can also get to know UKK FT more closely.”
At the meeting, delegates from DPPU UI and FTUI introduced themselves. Mr. T.M. Zakir Sjakur Machmud, M. Ec., Ph.D (Director of Management and Development of UI Business Units) gave an explanation of the latest picture and development of UKKPPM. “We from DPPU are pleased with the fairly fluid reception of FT, and coincidentally, Engineering is our main privilege, which is why we are planning to do Ramadhan Safari and FT which is number one because it has the most UKK. So indeed we plan to make visits to other faculties as well as to get acquainted and socialize the new regulations.”
Mr. T.M. Zakir Sjakur Machmud, M. Ec., Ph.D said that there are also several things that need to be given extra attention from UKKPPM, including Running UKKPPM with good governance, reporting every contract made to UI (2022 SIPRO started to be active), recording and reporting accounting transactions every month before the 10th of the following month to UI.
To make this happen, UKKPPM FTUI, which is supervised by the Manager of Cooperation, Venture and Alumni Dr.-Ing. Ir. Dalhar Susanto welcomed the presentation given by DPPU UI.
