FTUI and Pertamina University are exploring opportunities for cooperation in the academic field related to the bachelor-master fastrack joint degree program between Pertamina University and FTUI. The Pertamina University team visited FTUI on Tuesday, March 22, 2022 and was led by the Vice Chancellor for Academic and Student Affairs, Budi W. Soetjipto, Ph.D. He was accompanied by the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business & the Faculty of Communication and Diplomacy, Dr. Dewi Hanggraeni, S.E., M.B.A. and Plt. Dean of the Faculty of Infrastructure Planning & Faculty of Industrial Technology, Khusnun Widiyati, S.T., M.Eng., Ph.D.
The Pertamina University delegation was received by the Dean of FTUI. Prof. Dr. Heri Hermansyah, S.T., M.Eng., IPU. and Manager of Cooperation, Venture and Alumni of FTUI, Dr.-Ing., Ir. Dalhar Susanto. Representing FTUI, the Dean of FTUI welcomed this collaboration opportunity. “The Fastrack program at FTUI is a fast-track program that allows students to take undergraduate and postgraduate courses for 5 years where normally the undergraduate program is taken for 4 years and the master program for 2 years. Of course, to follow this fast track, students must meet the requirements where students must be active and interested in conducting research which will be continuous during the undergraduate and master’s lectures, “said Dean Heri.
From this meeting, it is hoped that in the future the cooperation between the two institutions can run well and develop into a beneficial education and research collaboration for FTUI and Pertamina University.
