The Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Indonesia (FTUI), continues to expand internationalization opportunities for its students by exploring potential recruitment collaborations to Japan through OS Selnajaya. The meeting between the two parties took place on Wednesday (June 18) at the FTUI Leadership Meeting Room, with a focus on discussing global career opportunities for FTUI graduates.
Present at the meeting from OS Selnajaya were Ms. Dini as Talent Head Recruitment, Mr. Stephanus Budi Raharjo, and Fazaraina Edrianashafa. Representing FTUI was Dr. Muhamad Sahlan, S.Si., M.Eng., Manager of Cooperation, Venture, and Entrepreneurship.
In its presentation, OS Selnajaya introduced the company profile, including its long-standing experience in recruiting workers for the Japanese market and its capability as a provider of cross-border workforce solutions. One of the main offerings is a recruitment scheme that includes Japanese language training for selected candidates, with guaranteed job placement in Japanese companies after the training program is completed.
FTUI welcomed this opportunity positively and will conduct further internal assessment. Going forward, FTUI plans to submit a cooperation proposal as a concrete follow-up to this meeting.
