FTUI and PT Sucofindo Hold Monitoring and Evaluation Meeting on Educational Partnership Achievements

On Friday (28/2), the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Indonesia (FTUI), and PT Sucofindo held a Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev) meeting to assess the progress of their educational partnership at the Senate Room, FTUI Dean’s Building.

This meeting served as a platform to review the progress of lectures and academic achievements of PT Sucofindo employees pursuing education in the Engineer Professional Program and Master’s Programs in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering and the Department of Interdisciplinary Engineering at FTUI. Previously, FTUI and PT Sucofindo had signed a Cooperation Agreement to implement this partnership program to enhance PT Sucofindo employees’ competencies.

A total of 11 PT Sucofindo employees have participated in this Educational Partnership Program, consisting of 7 students in the 2024 batch of the Engineer Professional Program, 2 students in the 2023/2024 batch of the Master’s Program in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, 1 student in the 2024/2025 batch of the same program, and 1 student in the 2024/2025 batch of the Master’s Program in the Department of Interdisciplinary Engineering. These students are being prepared to become high-quality graduates to support human resource capacity development, improve performance, and contribute to advancing science and technology.

Dr.-Ing. Ir. Dalhar Susanto, Vice Dean for Resources, Ventures, and General Administration at FTUI, expressed his delight at the increasing number of students from PT Sucofindo compared to previous years.We hope this collaboration will continue and that we will see an even greater increase in the number of students,he stated.

Lusi Anri Hutabarat, Head of the Human Capital Development Subdivision at PT Sucofindo, said,We hope FTUI will also open an Extension Program for Diploma-3 (D3) graduates to pursue a Bachelor’s degree, as many of our employees are still Diploma-3 graduates.”

Dr. Sandyanto Adityosulindro, S.T., M.T., M.Sc., one of the academic advisors, provided insights into the learning process of PT Sucofindo’s scholarship students. He says these students have shown remarkable performance, mainly earning A grades in their courses. They also consistently attend classes and are always punctual.

In a separate statement, the Dean of FTUI, Prof. Kemas Ridwan Kurniawan, S.T., M.Sc., Ph.D., emphasized,The collaboration between FTUI and PT Sucofindo represents a strategic synergy between academia and industry in supporting education that aligns with workforce needs. Through this monitoring and evaluation meeting, we can ensure that each agreed-upon program runs effectively and delivers tangible benefits for students, lecturers, and industry partners. The meeting was attended by representatives from FTUI, including Prof. Dr. Ir. Yanuar, M.Eng., M.Sc., Vice Dean for Education, Research, and Student Affairs; Dr.-Ing. Ir. Dalhar Susanto, Vice Dean for Resources, Ventures, and General Administration; Dr. Muhamad Sahlan, S.Si., M.Eng., Manager of Cooperation, Ventures, and Entrepreneurship; Ayomi Dita Rarasati, S.T., M.T., Ph.D., Head of the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering; Dr. Sandyanto Adityosulindro, S.T., M.T., M.Sc., Head of the Environmental Engineering Study Program; Dr. Eng. Mohammad Akita Indianto, S.T., M.Eng., Secretary of the Department of Interdisciplinary Engineering; Sheila Tobing, S.T., M.Eng., Ph.D., Head of the Energy Systems Engineering Study Program; and Prof. Dr. Ir. Fitri Yuli Zulkifli, S.T., M.Sc., Head of the Engineer Professional Program, who attended virtually. From PT Sucofindo, attendees included Lusi Anri Hutabarat, Head of the Human Capital Development Subdivision, and Bobby Alfian, Training Staff at PT Sucofindo.
