To introduce the latest innovations in digital financial and health services, the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Indonesia (FTUI) held a socialization session for the One by IFG application on Friday (May 2) at the FTUI premises. The event featured Jaliasman Purba, Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) of the BoTaBek Operational Office. It was met with enthusiasm from participants—particularly academic community members who are increasingly seeking integrated platforms to manage their financial and health needs.
One by IFG is a digital platform developed by Indonesia Financial Group (IFG) that combines life and general insurance services, investment options, and access to physical and mental health services into one easily accessible application. During his presentation, Jaliasman explained the app’s three main pillars—life Insurance, Wealth Multiplier, and General Insurance—as well as its key features, such as 24/7 telemedicine, e-claims, and e-pharmacy services.
“One by IFG is designed to meet today’s practical, comprehensive, and secure needs. From insurance and investment to health consultations, everything is now at your fingertips,” stated Jaliasman Purba during the session.
In addition to explaining the benefits and how to use the app, the event also featured a door prize session and a free mini medical check-up (MCU). Participants could access basic health services on-site while exploring the app’s features firsthand.
“We welcome this socialization event as a positive synergy between the academic world and the financial industry. The One by IFG app provides new insights for the FTUI academic community in managing their health and finances more integrated, efficient, and modernly. We hope collaborations like this will continue to foster impactful digital literacy,” said Prof. Dr. Ir. Yanuar, M.Eng., M.Sc., Vice Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Indonesia.
Through this initiative, FTUI hopes its academic community will become more familiar with and use digital platforms like One by IFG to manage their health and financial needs smarter and more integrated.
