Road to AlamTri Aluminium Professional Program 2025: A Golden Opportunity for Engineering Talents at Universitas Indonesia

On Monday (April 21), the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Indonesia (FTUI), hosted the “Road to AlamTri Aluminium Professional Program 2025,” an outreach and recruitment event organized by AlamTri Aluminium. The event aimed to introduce the company’s professional recruitment program, which is tailored for final-year students and recent graduates from engineering disciplines, especially Metallurgical Engineering.

The event featured an in-depth presentation on the AlamTri Aluminium Professional Program (AAPP), including the company profile, program structure, and an interactive Q&A session with company representatives. The program is a strategic entry point for young talents seeking to launch their careers in the national aluminum industry, particularly in Kalimantan, where most of AlamTri’s operational sites are located.

AAPP is open to graduates and soon-to-be graduates from various engineering fields, such as Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Electrical Engineering. The program also welcomes Master’s degree holders looking to build a professional career in the metal manufacturing and processing industry. The enthusiasm of FTUI students was evident, as many attended the session in person to explore career opportunities and learn more about the company.

“We believe collaboration with industry partners like AlamTri is essential to building a sustainable and impactful educational ecosystem. Today’s engineering graduates must be prepared to face global challenges. Through AlamTri’s professional program, students can directly contribute to strategic industrial sectors like aluminum. We hope this program will broaden their horizons and open relevant career paths for FTUI graduates,” said Prof. Kemas Ridwan Kurniawan, S.T., M.Sc., Ph.D.
