Towards an Excellent Study Program, the Master’s Program in Energy Systems Engineering (TSE) Undergoes LAM TEKNIK Assessment

The Master’s Program in Energy Systems Engineering (TSE) at the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Indonesia (FTUI) underwent a field assessment for accreditation by LAM TEKNIK. The opening of the assessment series took place at the Senate Meeting Room, FTUI Dean’s Building (7/11). The field assessment process for educational quality accreditation was conducted by LAM-TEKNIK as the assessment agency for quality in the engineering field.

FTUI Dean, Prof. Dr. Heri Hermansyah, S.T., M.Eng., stated, “This field assessment process is a comprehensive evaluation and assessment of FTUI’s commitment to the quality and capacity of the educational programs. The Faculty has made efforts to meet various established standards, including curriculum, facilities, faculty, and student activities. This assessment is an important opportunity to receive external feedback to improve the quality of education at the faculty of engineering. We hope that this assessment will help make TSE the leading program, ensuring more stable governance at both the program and department levels.”

The Department of Interdisciplinary Engineering currently oversees three postgraduate programs: the Professional Engineer Program (PPI), the Master of Energy Systems Engineering Program (TSE), and the Master of Urban and Regional Planning Program (PWK).

Prof. Winarto, Head of UPMA, also expressed, “Thank you for the presence of the assessors and welcome to FTUI. UPMA FTUI is ready to collaborate on any needs required to support the accreditation process for the Master’s TSE program and is prepared to participate in sessions with UPMA as scheduled.”
