As a series of activities the Dean Greets, on Friday (8/4), the Dean of FTUI, Prof. Dr. Heri Hermansyah, ST., M.Eng., IPU met with Young Lecturers at the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Indonesia (FTUI). This event was attended by 57 FTUI Young Lecturers who were registered as PKWT, CPUI and PUI lecturers. Besides being attended by the FTUI Dean, the entire management of the FTUI Entrepreneur Dean was also present at the event.
In his remarks, Dean Heri said, “On this occasion I would like to listen to the aspirations of the young lecturers so that later I, the Vice Deans, and the Associate Deans can immediately respond to these aspirations. One thing my message that you must plant is to build friendships because this is the initial entry to the next doors. Please explore our experiences by staying in touch so that we can become one unit and help each other in the future.”
During the warm and humorous event, several FTUI leaders shared their experiences when they first started working at FTUI. Including their ups and downs. In addition to sharing experiences, Dean Heri and his staff also encourage young lecturers and share tips and tricks related to serving as educators, researchers and community servants. The young lecturers also conveyed several things to the Dean of Entrepreneurs as suggestions and input related to future policies.
